Key Responsibilities Supervision and Coordination Overseeing the work of contractors subcontractors and other site personnel to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications Quality Control Ensuring that all interior work meets the required quality standards and design specifications Safety Management Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel Progress Monitoring Tracking project progress against the schedule identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions Resource Management Managing materials equipment and other resources to ensure efficient project execution Communication Maintaining transparent and effective communication with clients architects designers and other stakeholders Problem Solving Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project escalating complex problems when necessary Documentation Maintaining accurate records of project progress site activities and any incidents or issues Budget Management Keeping track of project costs and ensuring that the work is completed within the allocated budget Client Interaction Communicating project status addressing client concerns and ensuring client satisfaction Material Procurement Ordering and managing materials to ensure they are available on-site when needed Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Experience Interior design 4 years Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location In person
