Production To adhere shift plan V s actual in their machines To maintain the bin card entries in their machines To maintain 1s and 2s activities 5S activities To maintain run chart tally sheet and job card To ensue availability of rods for their shifts To ensure tools are handled safely and correctly Quality To control the rejection in their machines if any deviation from the dimensions inform to setter or supervisor check before operation which is approved by concerned approving authorities Maintenance During breakdown of machines inform to supervisors or setter and follow for the machine recovery To maintain the cutting oil filling format To get approval for the product while started after breakdown Cutting tools To maintain the tool change frequency record Any tool change get approval from QC To carefully monitor the product for tool wear or damages frequently while running the product To ensure that right tools gaugea and fixtures etc are used for the product and unwanted items are not stores in or near the machine area Kaizen To participate in kaizen improvement in their line like Cycle time reduction rejection control material handling Other Responsibilities As assigned by management from time to time Job Type Full time Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Overnight Shift Preferred Work Location In person
