Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records reports and general ledgers Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely posting of transactions Assist in monthly quarterly and annual financial closings Manage accounts payable and receivable Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations Assist with audits and liaise with auditors Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making Monitor budgets and report on variances Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures Support the Finance Manager in strategic planning and forecasting Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field years of accounting experience e g 2-5 years for mid-level Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks SAP Oracle Solid understanding of GAAP and financial principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills CPA or equivalent certification is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
