Job Summary The Auditor is responsible for conducting internal audits across departments and branches of Preethi Silks to ensure compliance with company policies financial accuracy operational efficiency and risk control The role requires solid analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to provide actionable recommendations for improvement Review branch operations SOP adherence and process compliance Evaluate staff performance related to compliance and reporting standards Monitor security protocols CCTV functioning and maintenance logs Ensure compliance with company policies statutory requirements and internal controls Maintain proper documentation of audit findings checklists and evidence Prepare detailed audit reports with corrective action plans CAP Follow up with departments to ensure timely closure of audit observations Submit daily weekly audit reports to Management Coordinate with Finance HR Operations and Warehouse teams for audit clarifications Recommend improvements to strengthen processes reduce risk and improve efficiency Skills Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of auditing standards MS Office and ERP systems Excellent observation documentation and reporting skills High integrity confidentiality and professionalism Ability to travel and conduct audits across branches Qualification Experience Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance Accounting 1-3 years experience in internal audit retail audit or finance audit preferred Retail textile industry audit experience is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 66 - 30 327 61 per month Work Location In person
