Civil Engineer Site Supervisor - Hostel Construction Sasi Creative School of Architecture and Design is an Academy of Design managed by the Swaminathan Rajalakshmi Educational Charitable Trust from the Sasi Advertising group a pan-India advertising agency with over four decades of exemplary work in the creative field Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Civil Engineer Site Supervisor - Hostel Construction at Sasi Creative School of Architecture and Design The Civil Engineer Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of our new hostel building The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge team-handling skills and hands-on experience managing in office construction activities from foundation to finishing Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings specifications and safety standards Monitor execution of civil works including foundation RCC masonry plastering flooring plumbing Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain site discipline Coordinate with architects contractors subcontractors and suppliers Plan daily and weekly schedules and allocate work to site workers and supervisors Ensure all materials and tools required for construction are available on time Prepare daily progress reports maintain site logs and update management on project status Recruit and manage helpers and site labor as required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
