In this role at Mindtel you will be responsible for assisting in managing logistics operations to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods Your key responsibilities will include - Coordinating with suppliers carriers and customers to facilitate timely deliveries - Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting in stock audits - Preparing shipping documentation and managing order processing - Monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance metrics - Resolving any logistics-related issues that arise during the transportation process - Supporting the logistics manager in planning and executing logistics strategies - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics processes - Communicating regularly with stakeholders to update on shipment progress - Documenting and reporting any discrepancies or damages in freight delivery - Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency - Maintaining organized filing systems for shipping and logistics documentation - Assisting in the implementation of logistics software and tools - Collaborating with team members to enhance logistics operations - Providing excellent customer service to resolve any inquiries or concerns To qualify for this role you should have - A Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint - Basic knowledge of logistics software and systems is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality - Familiarity with shipping and customs regulations is beneficial - Capability of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting - Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues - Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team - Knowledge of inventory management practices Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
