Key Responsibilities Prepare and present conceptual and schematic designs including mood boards material selections and spatial layouts Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project Produce detailed drawings specifications and schedules using AutoCAD SketchUp Revit or other design software Source FF E and materials ensuring alignment with the project budget and design goals Conduct site visits and supervise installations to ensure quality and design accuracy Attend and lead client meetings effectively communicating ideas and design decisions Stay current with trends products and innovations in interior design and materials Requirements Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field 2 to 4 years of professional experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of space planning color theory materials and building codes Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Experience with procurement vendor coordination and site supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury residential or high-end commercial interiors customize based on firm Knowledge of sustainable and universal design principles Job Type Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
