AIA-Chennai Job Summary We are seeking a Sr Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon RDS Amazon Redshift Big Data AWS EC2 AWS EMR Amazon S3 Apache Spark and Python A background in regulatory and process control within governance and compliance is a plus This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a day shift environment Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable data solutions using Amazon RDS Amazon Redshift and Big Data technologies to enhance data processing capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AWS EC2 and AWS EMR solutions that meet business requirements Utilize Amazon S3 for efficient data storage and retrieval ensuring data integrity and security Implement Apache Spark for real-time data processing and analytics driving insights and decision-making Write and optimize Python scripts to automate data workflows and improve system performance Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve processes and solutions Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers promoting best practices and code quality Document technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning and retrospective meetings Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and governance policies in all development activities Contribute to the companys mission by delivering impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Amazon RDS Amazon Redshift and Big Data technologies Proficiency in AWS EC2 AWS EMR and Amazon S3 for cloud-based solutions Solid experience with Apache Spark for data processing and analytics Advanced skills in Python programming for automation and optimization Familiarity with regulatory and process control in governance and compliance is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and collaborate with remote teams Certifications Required AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified Big Data Specialty
