Job Requirements Role Job Title State Training Manager Function Department Rural Banking Job Purpose Deliver Functional Training to the State Business teams Work Closely with Business Understanding the training needs Roles Responsibilities Work with Central Functional Training team on designing product related content to address training needs of the sales force Work closely with the state team in implementing the training program Be the custodian of learning counts ideology Ensure all the new joiners are adequately covered in the Chief Technology Officer CTO training within 45 days from the day of joining Ensure all the employees undergo functional behavior regulatory training at least once in a year Value adds in enhancing the training content and delivery methodology basis the ground feedback Address other functional training needs such as excel skill workshop email workshop etc Process Excellence Ensure adherence to branch processes across products through regular refreshers reinforcements Co-ordinate with key stake holders for all aspects of logistic Infra requirement for the delivery of the training program Constantly drive the culture of learning organization for the state in Rural Bank Translate the workings of Rural Business into Training deliverables and implement delivery across the branch network in the state Process oriented approach robust logical thinking and analytical skills Training orientation should be capable of creating content and enjoy deploying delivery People orientated approach Good stakeholder management skills Solution Oriented collaborative and team player Education Qualification Graduation Bachelor s in Engineering Technology Math s Commerce Arts Science Biology Business Computers Management Experience 5 years of relevant experience
