We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer with a minimum of 2 years of hands- on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms In this role you will be responsible for driving user acquisition lead generation and revenue growth through targeted performance-focused strategies Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube Monitor campaign performance daily and generate actionable insights to ensure maximum ROI Conduct A B tests on creatives audience segments and landing pages to improve performance Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across channels to optimize CPL and CPA Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives Track and report on key KPIs including CTR CPC CPA ROAS and conversion rates Implement effective retargeting strategies to re-engage users and drive conversions Stay up to date with digital advertising trends platform algorithm changes and best practices Key Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing preferably in B2C B2B digital environments Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition through paid channels Hands-on expertise with Google Ads Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager SEMrush or Screaming Frog Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis Basic understanding of conversion funnels and landing page optimization Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams Nice to Have Experience with email marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp MoEngage or HubSpot Exposure to SEO affiliate marketing or influencer campaigns Certifications in Google Ads Meta Blueprint or related platforms Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Work Location In person
