Company Description CGH Earth is the pioneer of sustainable and responsible tourism in India and a curator of extraordinary leisure experiences The company is rooted in strong principles of working with local communities being one with the local ethos and caring for the workplace Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper at CGH Earth located in Kollam The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department manage inventory and laundry and provide excellent customer service to guests Additionally the Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for training and scheduling housekeeping staff to ensure that rooms are cleaned and tidied to company standards Qualifications NABH Knowledge Experience with laundry and inventory management Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organization and time management skills Experience with training and managing staff Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Experience in the hospitality industry hospitals Bachelor s or associate degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field is preferred Note A candidate should possess knowledge of both English and local languages to converse with guests Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
