Job Profile Job Summary TERI invites applications for the position of Project Associate PA for Centre for Energy Assessment and Modelling division CEAM to be located in the Centre of Excellence on Energy Transition CoEET Hyderabad The role will involve contributing to Energy Data management Unit EDMU project supported by BEE MoP and focused on collection and analysis of large datasets associated to India-s energy sector The candidate will be expected to conduct research generate policy-relevant insights and engage with government industry and other national international stakeholders The role is currently limited to EDMU project and may be extended to other projects as er requirement Key Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis on energy demand and supply consumption trends energy trade technologies and emissions Conduct research on national and global policies related to energy economy and workplace Support preparation of policy and regulatory knowledge products on energy sector and related issues Support the organization of review meetings workshops and dissemination events Experience 1 - 2 Years Qualification Post graduate degree in Electrical Mechanical Power System Energy Economics or a related field Minimum one year of research experience Skills Key Skills Required - Understanding of energy data management- sectoral transitions- and sustainability frameworks - Exposure to the India-s energy- economy and environment related policies and targets including Viksit Bharat- Net Zero Exposure to energy system and or economic modelling preferable Strong analytical and research capabilities in data analysis Excellent programming skills in R Stata Python and experience with data visualization tools Excellent communication and writing abilities Location Hyderabad Salary As per TERI norms Please apply latest by October 15 2025
