Job Title Fabric Quality Incharge Industry Garments - Woven Location Ambattur Chennai Salary Range 25 000 - 30 000 per month We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fabric Quality Incharge to oversee and ensure the quality standards of fabrics used in our woven garment production The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fabric quality parameters the ability to classify fabric defects accurately and hands-on experience in fabric inspection systems The candidate should also be confident in coordinating with fabric suppliers and communicating effectively through email and reports Key Responsibilities Conduct fabric inspections as per the 4 0-point system and ensure all incoming fabric meets required quality standards Identify classify and document fabric defects accurately Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain proper records of fabric inspections Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding fabric quality concerns rejections and approvals Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure smooth workflow without fabric quality issues Ensure compliance with company standards specifications and buyer requirements Provide technical feedback and corrective actions to fabric suppliers for continuous improvement Handle any fabric-related quality concerns independently and provide timely solutions Key Skills Requirements Strong knowledge of fabric quality standards and inspection methods Good understanding of fabric defects and classification Hands-on experience with fabric inspection 4 0-point system Positive email communication skills for professional correspondence Ability to handle fabric suppliers confidently and build positive relationships Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the woven garment industry fabric quality department Detail-oriented proactive and capable of working under deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
