The Junior Architect will assist in designing planning and developing architectural projects from conceptualization to execution The role requires strong creativity attention to detail technical proficiency in architectural software and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions Key Responsibilities Support senior architects in the preparation of conceptual designs 2D drawings 3D models presentations and detailed architectural plans Assist in developing layouts elevations sections and working drawings in accordance with project specifications and building codes Conduct site visits measurements and documentation to support project development and construction progress Prepare material boards design research and BOQs where required Coordinate with structural MEP interior design and other project consultants to ensure accurate integration of plans Revise drawings and create updates as per feedback from the design team or clients Maintain project documentation architectural databases and design libraries Stay up-to-date with design trends sustainable solutions and new materials Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch from a recognised institution 0-3 years of professional experience in architectural design or internships in an architectural practice Council of Architecture CoA registration - preferred or in progress Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
