Job Title Chartered Accountant CA Location DELHI Job Type Full-Time Experience Required Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience About the Company We are a growing company in the food manufacturing industry committed to producing high-quality and innovative food products With a focus on quality efficiency and compliance we aim to expand our footprint in both domestic and international markets We are looking for a agile Chartered Accountant to lead and manage our financial operations and ensure end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant CA with experience in manufacturing finance to manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial functions in our company The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of accounting taxation RoC compliance and audits while supporting decision-making through insightful financial analysis This role requires a hands-on approach and deep knowledge of finance specific to the manufacturing sector including cost accounting inventory control and GST on manufacturing processes Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Financial Management Manage day-to-day accounting operations and book-keeping in line with Indian GAAP Finalize accounts and ensure timely preparation of financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Monitor factory-wise cost structures raw material consumption and production expenses Handle month-end and year-end close processes 2 Manufacturing Finance Costing Oversee cost accounting product costing and inventory valuation Analyze production costs and suggest cost optimization measures Maintain accurate records of raw material consumption and finished goods inventory Work closely with the factory operations team for cost tracking and budget adherence 3 Taxation Direct Indirect Manage all compliance related to GST TDS Income Tax and Advance Tax Ensure accurate and timely filing of returns challans and audit reports Handle tax audits assessments and coordinate with consultants and authorities 4 RoC Statutory Compliance Ensure full compliance with Companies Act 2013 Handle RoC filings annual returns board resolutions and all MCA-related work Coordinate with company secretaries and legal consultants to maintain corporate compliance 5 Audits Internal Controls Lead statutory internal and tax audits Develop and implement strong internal control systems across finance and manufacturing processes Maintain documentation and SOPs for accounting and compliance functions 6 MIS Strategic Reporting Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports for management Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions Analyze profit margins cost trends and working capital metrics Qualifications Skills Chartered Accountant CA - Qualified from ICAI Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sector Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards GST in manufacturing RoC compliance and cost accounting principles Proficient in Tally ERP Zoho Books SAP or similar accounting systems Excellent communication and team management skills Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Attributes Prior experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment Experience in implementing cost-saving initiatives Familiarity with FSSAI-related financial records if applicable Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
