Job Type Full-Time Work from Office Location BTM Layout Bangalore Karnataka Department Training and Placement Role Jr Placement Officer and Placement officer Job Overview The Placement Officer is responsible for building industry connections coordinating placement and internship activities andpreparing students for recruitment The role involves organizing drives guiding students through career readiness maintaining placement data and ensuring smooth communication between companies and the institution Key Responsibilities 1 Industry Company Relations Develop relationships with companies recruiters and industry leaders Facilitate internships and final placement opportunities 2 Placement Activities Plan and conduct campus drives job fairs and interviews Coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment events 3 Student Training Preparation Organize sessions on aptitude soft skills resume writing GD and interviews Provide counseling and mentoring to improve student readiness 4 Data Documentation Maintain placement records company databases and recruiter feedback Manage documentation including offer letters MoUs and consent forms 5 Internship Coordination Facilitate internship opportunities aligned with academic and industry needs 6 Reporting Alumni Engagement Prepare placement reports and analytics Engage alumni for mentoring networking and job opportunities Qualifications Bachelor s Master s in Business HR Education or related fields Experience in placements HR or career services preferred Experience in educational institutions training academies or EdTech sectors Proficiency in organizing events such as placement drives seminars and training sessions Skills Robust communication networking Event coordination Student mentoring Data management MS Office Time management multitasking Requirements Laptop and Android smartphone mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience placement officer 1 year Required Location BTM Layout 1 Bengaluru Karnataka Required Work Location In person
