Position Project Engineer Department Mechanical Tank Fabrication Erection Industry Mechanical Construction Piping Storage Tanks Job Summary The Project Manager Tank will oversee end-to-end activities related to the fabrication erection and commissioning of storage tanks in mechanical construction projects The role involves project planning resource management technical coordination quality assurance and ensuring timely project execution as per safety and client standards Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and manage tank fabrication and erection projects from initiation to completion Review project drawings technical specifications and client requirements Coordinate with design procurement QA QC safety and site execution teams Monitor fabrication activities plate cutting rolling welding NDT hydro test and finishing Manage onsite activities shell erection roof structure installation nozzle fit-up painting coating etc Ensure compliance with API 650 API 653 ASME and project standards Prepare daily weekly and monthly project progress reports Control project budgets timelines manpower and materials Conduct project review meetings with clients and internal teams Address technical issues deviations and provide engineering solutions Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Lead commissioning and handover activities as per client acceptance criteria Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of tank fabrication and erection processes Experience with API 650 API 620 standards Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and BOQs Excellent project planning leadership and communication skills Proficiency in MS Project Primavera preferred Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Qualifications Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Engineering 3-10 years of experience in tank fabrication and mechanical construction projects Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
