Position Production Officer Industrial Paints Coatings Location Vapi Gujrat Experience 3 -7 Years Full-Time On-Site Key Responsibilities - Manage daily paint coating production operations as per batch schedule Monitor mixing dispersion viscosity checks and process parameters on shop floor Coordinate with QC QA to ensure product quality and immediate corrections if needed Maintain accurate batch records material consumption line discipline Ensure safety compliance and guide operators on correct chemical equipment handling Preferred Previous Experience Hands-on experience in paint manufacturing units solvent-based epoxy PU Exposure to dispersion machines mixers mills tinting systems and packaging lines Experience in handling raw materials and monitoring batch consistency Requirements Degree in Chemistry Polymer Science Paint Technology or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in QC and or R D for industrial paints and coatings Robust understanding of solvent-based and solvent less systems Knowledge of epoxy acrylic and PU formulations is essential Good lab practices and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Job Type Full-time Pay 360 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
