Job Title- Finance Executive Job Location- Delhi NCR Job Summary A Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities including financial reporting budgeting accounts handling and compliance The role involves analyzing financial data preparing reports ensuring accurate record keeping and supporting management in financial planning and decision-making Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and statements Manage accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger activities Monitor cash flow banking operations and fund movements Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management Ensure accurate documentation record keeping and audit readiness Maintain compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and company policies Support internal and external audits with required financial documentation Process invoices expense claims and reimbursements Use accounting software and systems for financial data entry and reporting Requirements Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field Professional certifications ACCA CA CPA CMA are an added advantage Knowledge of accounting standards tax compliance and financial policies Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks SAP Strong analytical problem-solving and numerical skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Positive communication skills and ability to work under deadlines Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
