Job Title Site Engineer Site Supervisor Company Doshi Interiors Experience 2-4 Years Location Chennai Ranipet Vellore Employment Type Full-time About Doshi Interiors Doshi Interiors is a leading interior design and execution company in South India known for delivering aesthetic functional and high-quality interior spaces across residential commercial and corporate segments With a focus on precision and timely delivery we bring creative design concepts to life through strong project management and on-site execution excellence We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Site Engineer Supervisor who can manage day-to-day site operations ensure quality workmanship and coordinate with project teams for successful project delivery Job Summary The Site Engineer Supervisor will oversee in office execution of interior projects ensuring all work is completed as per design drawings technical specifications and quality standards The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge leadership skills and attention to detail to handle multiple stakeholders including contractors vendors and clients Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and timelines Coordinate with design project management and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution Verify and interpret architectural drawings layouts and technical specifications Monitor quality of workmanship materials and finishing to maintain Doshi Interiors execution standards Manage contractors carpenters electricians and other site workers for efficient workflow Conduct site measurements BOQ verification and material requirement planning Maintain daily work reports site progress updates and documentation Ensure safety compliance cleanliness and discipline at the site Identify and resolve on-site challenges or design discrepancies in coordination with the project team Support project handover activities including snag lists quality checks and final completion reports Qualifications Skills Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or Interior Design 2-4 years of experience in interior site supervision or project execution Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes joinery false ceiling electrical and plumbing works Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings technical details and BOQs Hands-on experience in site measurement vendor coordination and material management Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD basic and project reporting tools Willingness to travel or manage multiple project sites when required Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
