About The Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Proposal Presentation Visual Communications Specialist to elevate the quality and impact of our client-facing materials This role is critical in shaping how Novotech presents its capabilities strategy and value during bid defense meetings and other key client engagements You will work closely with proposal writers business development leads and subject matter experts to transform complex clinical and operational information into clear compelling and visually engaging presentations Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for bid defense meetings client pitches and strategic proposals Translate clinical trial data operational strategies and timelines into visually digestible formats e g infographics timelines flowcharts Collaborate with proposal writers and business development teams to ensure messaging is aligned and visually supported Maintain and evolve Novotech s visual presentation standards and templates Support the creation of custom graphics icons and visual assets for proposals and marketing materials Ensure consistency clarity and brand alignment across all presentation materials Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in graphic design Communications Marketing Life Sciences or a related field Experience 3 years of experience in presentation design visual communications or proposal support ideally within a CRO healthcare or life sciences setting Proven experience creating client-facing presentations for high-stakes meetings Skills Competencies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation development tools such as Canva Google Slides or Prezi Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to simplify complex information Excellent attention to detail and layout design Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills Understanding of clinical research terminology and CRO operations is highly desirable Novotech is proud to offer a great workplace We are committed to being an employer of choice for gender equality and providing an inclusive work environment where everyone is treated fairly and with respect Our team members are passionate about what we do but we understand work is only of the things that is important to them We support our team members with flexible working options paid parental leave for both parents flexible leave entitlements wellness programs and ongoing development programs We are looking for people who are passionate about working clinical research and biotech including people who identify as LGBTIQ have a disability or have caring responsibilities We are a Circle Back Initiative Employer and commit to respond to every application We look forward to contacting you regarding your application
