The Facade Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of building facades curtain wall cladding glazing systems etc on construction sites This role ensures that all facade works are executed safely on time within budget and to the required quality standards and specifications Key Responsibilities Supervise facade installation activities in office ensuring compliance with design drawings specifications and safety standards Coordinate with project managers engineers subcontractors and other trades to ensure smooth workflow Monitor and control site progress in accordance with the construction program Ensure proper use of tools materials and equipment on-site Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure correct installation Identify and resolve site issues related to facade installation Prepare daily progress reports and submit to the project team Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Attend site meetings and contribute to site planning and coordination Monitor manpower materials and equipment usage and report any discrepancies Liaise with facade design and engineering teams to clarify technical issues Supervise loading unloading and storage of facade materials Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facade or cladding installation supervision Strong knowledge of various facade systems e g curtain wall unitized panels ACP glass stone cladding Familiarity with construction drawings and facade installation details Ability to lead a team and manage subcontractors effectively Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
