Job Role Civil Engineer Department Project Execution Construction Location Korba Chhattisgarh Reporting to Project Manager Project Head Role Objective The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning executing and monitoring all civil construction works at site ensuring compliance with drawings specifications quality standards and timelines The role demands technical expertise strong problem-solving skills and coordination with site teams contractors and clients Key Responsibilities 1 Site Execution Supervision Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities including excavation concreting reinforcement shuttering masonry plastering flooring finishing etc Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings BOQ specifications and method statements Monitor contractor worker performance and productivity 2 Planning Coordination Assist in preparation of daily weekly monthly work plans Coordinate with Project Manager Planning Engineer and other departments Electrical Mechanical Interiors Ensure timely availability of materials manpower and equipment 3 Quality Assurance Safety Conduct checks to maintain quality of construction as per IS codes standards Ensure safety protocols and site housekeeping are followed Maintain QA QC documentation test reports and inspection checklists 4 Measurement Billing Take accurate site measurements for work done Assist in preparation and verification of RA Bills contractor bills and client billing Maintain site records material consumption reports and daily progress reports 5 Drawings Technical Support Study and interpret RFC GFC drawings structural drawings and architectural details Identify discrepancies and raise RFIs Request for Information Support in preparing bar bending schedules BBS and material indents 6 Client Stakeholder Interaction Attend site meetings with client consultant EPC contractor Provide progress updates and resolve technical site issues Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining quality and timely execution Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of civil construction works and site management Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel MS Project Primavera preferred Knowledge of IS codes CPWD contract specifications Ability to read and interpret drawings Valuable communication leadership and problem-solving skills Qualifications Experience B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering 0-5 years for Junior Graduate Engineer or 5-10 years for Senior Engineer of relevant experience in civil construction interior projects Experience in industrial commercial or residential projects preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
