Job Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dyeing Supervisor to oversee and manage the dyeing process in our textile unit The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabric dyeing shade matching and quality control ensuring production runs efficiently and meets customer specifications Key Responsibilities Supervise the entire dyeing process from preparation to finishing Monitor and ensure accurate color matching based on sample or lab dip approvals Check and maintain goods quality throughout the dyeing process Coordinate with the lab and production team for recipe formulations and adjustments Maintain daily production and shade records Ensure machines are operating efficiently and resolve any technical issues Maintain proper chemical and dye stock records Implement and maintain safety standards and cleanliness in the dyeing area Provide training and guidance to dyeing operators and helpers Work closely with the QA department for final inspection and approvals Qualifications and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in textile dyeing operations fabric or yarn Strong understanding of color matching techniques and dye formulations Ability to identify and resolve shade or quality issues independently Knowledge of dyeing machines such as soft flow winch jet dyeing etc Familiar with different fabric types and dyeing behaviors Good communication and leadership skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel or production software is an advantage Diploma or Degree in Textile Chemistry Engineering preferred Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
