Should have working knowledge and experience in Registrations and maintenance of statutory registers Filing statutory returns Handling labour law portals at least for Maharashtra Should be willing to Research and expand compliance base to other states particularly metros in Karnataka and Delhi NCR region Keep updated with changing labour laws and regulations Should be comfortable with Visiting government departments Building and maintaining rapport with officials
