We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - HR to lead our HR team in delivering exceptional HR services to our organization The successful candidate will have a robust background in HR with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles and an MBA in HR or a related field The Team Leader - HR will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals developing and implementing HR strategies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations - Lead and manage a team of HR professionals providing guidance coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction - Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures that align with the organization s goals and objectives - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices - Provide expert HR advice and guidance to management and employees on a range of HR issues including recruitment talent management employee relations and benefits - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and oversee the hiring process for open positions - Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge and promote a positive and inclusive work culture - Foster a culture of employee engagement retention and development and implement initiatives to promote diversity equity and inclusion - Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals Job Types Full-time Permanent Contractual Temporary Contract length 60 months Pay 488 081 81 - 1 670 753 79 per year Work Location In person
