Job Title HR Executive Senior HR Executive Preferred Male Location Pune Department Human Resources Reports To Director of the Company Industry Engineering Services MEP Sales Service Fire Safety and Security Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive Sr HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for diverse roles across MEP Tele-sales Field Services Site Engineering and Support functions The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring blue grey white-collar recruitment and operational HR practices in a service-oriented industry Key Responsibilities Recruitment Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Source screen and shortlist candidates for roles including MEP engineers site engineers tele-sales executives field sales representatives service coordinators and billing engineers Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation onboarding and Employee life cycle from joining to Exit Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals social media recruitment agencies and employee referrals Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and timelines Conduct HR interviews and schedule technical functional interviews Onboarding Documentation Manage the onboarding process including background checks documentation induction and orientation Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Employee Relations Engagement Address employee grievances and support engagement initiatives across field and office staff Conduct regular check-ins with field staff and site engineers to ensure satisfaction and retention Performance Management Compliance Support appraisal processes and help managers with goal-setting feedback and evaluations Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and HR compliance including labor law norms for field and contract staff HR Operations Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for attendance leaves travel reimbursements and expense management Assist in developing and revising HR policies and procedures in line with business requirements Key Requirements Education Bachelor s Master s Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Experience HR Executive Sr HR Executive 2-4 years Proven experience in recruitment across technical and non-technical roles in services sales or engineering domains Familiarity with job portals Naukri LinkedIn etc ATS tools and MS Office Solid interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple job roles and high-volume hiring under tight deadlines Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance is an advantage Preferred Industry Experience MEP Services HVAC Facility Management Field Sales Telesales Engineering Construction Services Service Coordination Technical Support Compensation As per industry standards Work Type Full-time Travel Occasional for site visits or hiring drives if needed Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 480 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Application Question s Total How many years of experience you have How many years of experience you have in recruiting what kind of industry experience you have What is your last working day What is your current CTC What is your expected CTC Work Location In person
