As a Divisional Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for strategically leading a team of 4-5 merchandisers to ensure smooth execution of product development client communication sampling production follow-up and timely deliveries You will be the key point of contact between clients and internal teams ensuring excellence in service quality and timelines Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead mentor and manage a team of merchandisers set individual and team targets Ensure merchandisers are aligned with client requirements and internal workflows Conduct daily weekly reviews to monitor sampling progress production status and client follow-ups Client Handling Directly manage key accounts and support the team in handling secondary clients Review all client communications for accuracy completeness and timely response Lead virtual physical buyer meetings presentations and factory visits Sampling Product Development Supervise the sampling calendar for all team members Approve samples internally before submission to buyers Coordinate with the design team to ensure cutting-edge and commercially viable developments Production TNA Monitoring Track production plans T A calendars and order execution across team accounts Escalate potential delays and provide solutions to avoid missed deadlines Ensure follow-through from order receipt to final dispatch Quality Compliance Monitor quality standards and ensure that buyer compliance requirements are met Coordinate with QA QC teams for inline and final inspections Reporting Coordination Maintain overview dashboards for sampling costing order status and client feedback Liaison with packaging logistics and documentation teams to ensure timely shipments Training Development Identify training needs within the team and facilitate skill development Ensure that team members are aligned with latest market trends costing techniques and client protocols Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
