Key responsibilities Design and development Conceptualize design and develop new products and systems using SolidWorks for 3D models and AutoCAD for 2D drawings Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including general arrangement GA fabrication assembly drawings and Bills of Materials BOMs Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams including manufacturing electrical and product management to ensure designs are feasible manufacturable and meet project goals Support and problem-solving Provide technical support during prototype fabrication and manufacturing resolve production issues and make design modifications based on feedback and testing Quality assurance Perform quality control checks ensure designs comply with industry standards and maintain proper revision control and documentation Client interaction Prepare technical files for client approvals and participate in design reviews and client meetings as needed Qualifications and skills Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is often required Software proficiency Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks including parts assemblies and drawings and AutoCAD is essential Technical skills Strong understanding of mechanical design principles including Design for Manufacturing DFM and Design for Assembly DFA Soft skills Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills are crucial for collaborating with teams and presenting designs Experience Experience with areas like die-cast parts piping systems or specialized machinery may be required depending on the role Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
