Job Information Date Opened 11 27 2025 Industry AEC Job Type Permanent Work Experience 5 - 8 Years City Mumbai State Province Maharashtra Country India Zip Postal Code 400093 About Us Axium Global formerly XS CAD established in 2002 is a UK-based MEP M E and architectural design and BIM Information Technology Enabled Services ITES provider with an ISO 9001 2015 and ISO 27001 2022 certified Global Delivery Centre in Mumbai India With additional presence in the USA Australia and UAE our global reach allows us to provide services to customers with the added benefit of local knowledge and expertise Axium Global is established as one of the leading pre-construction planning services companies in the UK and India serving the building services MEP retail homebuilder architectural and construction sectors with high-quality MEP engineering design and BIM solutions This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong governance discipline with analytical thinking and business partnering You will work closely with management region heads delivery HR sales and external consultants across various countries to ensure robust compliance transparent internal controls accurate reporting and forward-looking financial planning The position requires someone who likes structure clarity cross-functional collaboration and turning business ideas into measurable plans with KPIs and ongoing performance monitoring Key Roles and Responsibilities A Governance Compliance Establish maintain and enforce finance governance frameworks internal controls approval matrices and compliance calendars across all group entities Oversee statutory compliance GST TDS Income Tax STPI ROC payroll taxes and support coordination for all our international entity compliances through local consultants Ensure tax computations filings documentation and audit requirements are completed accurately and on time Drive policy implementation procurement travel credit expense accounting SOPs and ensure adoption across departments Monitor inter-company transactions transfer pricing documentation and cross-border compliance requirements B Financial Planning MIS Scenario Analysis Lead financial planning processes including forecasting budgeting business cases and variance analysis across all group entities Build scenario models for new initiatives e g hiring in new geographies new service lines cost restructuring pricing changes including assumptions risks financial viability and KPI frameworks Conduct cross-functional alignment meetings with delivery sales HR and regional teams to explain scenarios highlight success conditions and define measurable KPIs Prepare monthly MIS dashboards covering revenue margins utilisation collections DSO entity-wise performance and management review packs Track approved projects initiatives against KPIs report deviations and recommend corrective actions Qualification and Experience Required CA preferred or CMA MBA Finance with strong financial planning compliance experience 5-8 years of experience across governance compliance FP A MIS or audit consulting Experience with multi-entity or global operations is an advantage Strong knowledge of financial governance controls taxation and statutory compliance India international familiarity Hands-on ability to build financial models scenario analyses business cases and monthly MIS dashboards Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and external consultants Process-oriented mindset with the ability to design and implement recent governance structures Problem-solving ability structured thinking and strong organisational discipline Compensation The selected candidate will receive competitive compensation and remuneration policies in line with qualification and experience Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate What We Offer A fulfilling working environment that is respectful and ethical A stable and progressive career opportunity State-of-the-art office infrastructure with the latest hardware and software for professional growth In-house internationally certified training division and innovation team focusing on training and learning the latest tools and trends Culture of discussing and implementing a planned career growth path with team leaders Transparent fixed and variable compensation policies based on team and individual performances ensuring a productive association
