We are seeking an experienced Project Manager MEP MS Infrastructure to oversee end-to-end project execution across Mechanical Electrical Plumbing MEP and MS Infrastructure works The ideal candidate will manage planning coordination site execution vendor management client handling and ensure project delivery within timelines quality and budget Key Responsibilities 1 Project Planning Execution Develop detailed project schedules resource plans and execution strategies for MEP MS infrastructure projects Lead project kickoff milestone planning and risk assessment Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC electrical plumbing fire-fighting and MS structure installation works 2 Site Coordination Supervision Oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring adherence to drawings technical specifications and safety standards Coordinate with architects consultants subcontractors and site engineers for smooth project progress Monitor installation of MS structures cable trays ducts piping and utility systems 3 Technical Quality Assurance Review MEP MS structural drawings BOQs and technical submittals Ensure quality control through regular inspections and testing procedures Identify and resolve technical issues to avoid project delays 4 Vendor Subcontractor Management Manage subcontractors for MEP and structural works ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality Evaluate vendor performance verify bills and handle contractor negotiations 5 Cost Budget Documentation Prepare project budgets track expenses and control costs effectively Maintain project reports documentation DPRs WIRs and compliance documentation 6 Client Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for clients consultants and internal stakeholders Conduct regular project review meetings and present progress reports 7 Safety Compliance Ensure strict adherence to safety norms quality guidelines and statutory regulations Implement safety protocols across all MEP and MS structure activities Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing fire-fighting systems Expertise in MS infrastructure steel structure work cable trays supports fabrication and erection Excellent project management abilities planning scheduling controlling Leadership team management skills Valuable understanding of AutoCAD MS Project and project documentation Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multiple stakeholders Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering preferred PMP Project Management certification added advantage 8-15 years of experience in MEP MS Infrastructure projects in construction industrial commercial or large-scale building projects Contact - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 85 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s we must fill this position urgently can you join us immediately Experience MS infrastructure project execution 6 years Required MEP project management 6 years Required HVAC system installation and supervision 6 years Required steel structure fabrication and erection 6 years Required Elevator Lifts project execution 6 years Required project planning scheduling and milestone tracking 6 years Required reviewing drawings BOQs and technical submittals 7 years Required site supervision and day-to-day execution management 6 years Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 10 12 2025
