Job Summary The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy in financial records compliance with statutory requirements preparing financial reports and supporting management in financial decision-making Key Responsibilities1 Financial Accounting Reporting Maintain and update general ledger trial balance and financial statements Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Ensure timely closing of books of accounts Review journal entries reconciliations and adjustments 2 Accounts Payable Receivable Monitor vendors invoices payments and outstanding balances Oversee customer invoicing collections and ageing reports Handle reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable 3 Taxation Compliance Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax and other statutory requirements Prepare and file GST returns TDS returns Form 16 16A and other statutory filings Liaise with auditors tax consultants and government authorities 4 Payroll Management Verify and process monthly payroll attendance deductions and statutory compliances PF ESI Ensure accuracy in salary statements and maintain payroll records 5 Budgeting Financial Analysis Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts Monitor expenses vs budget and prepare variance reports Provide analytical support for cost control and financial planning 6 Audit Internal Controls Coordinate with internal and external auditors Implement and monitor internal financial controls Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance 7 Cash Bank Management Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy 8 Other Duties Support management with financial insights and data analysis Maintain confidentiality of financial data Perform any other accounting or finance-related tasks assigned by management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
