Job Title Medicine Purchase Executive Location Patna Joining Requirement Immediate within 7 days Role Overview We are seeking a high-ownership Medicine Purchase Executive to drive end-to-end procurement operations within our pharma supply chain The role demands strong domain acumen vendor management capability and hands-on experience with Marg ERP Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end procurement of medicines in alignment with inventory norms consumption trends and compliance requirements Manage vendor identification negotiation rate finalization and purchase order execution Maintain accurate purchase data GRN and stock reconciliation through Marg ERP Monitor expiry batch details and regulatory documentation for all procured items Coordinate closely with stores accounts and sales teams to ensure uninterrupted supply flow Track purchase trends credit cycles and overall vendor performance to optimize working capital Ensure adherence to company procurement SOPs audit standards and statutory guidelines Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on purchase experience in the pharmaceutical sector Mandatory proficiency in Marg ERP Purchase Inventory GRN modules Strong knowledge of pharma SKUs batch management HSN GST applicability and vendor ecosystem High proficiency in negotiation documentation accuracy and process compliance Ability to join immediately or within 7 days Key Competencies Robust analytical and commercial mindset Detail-oriented with rigorous follow-through Vendor relationship management Cross-functional coordination High integrity and compliance orientation Compensation Benefits Salary range 12-25K EPF ESIC Paid Leave Sick Leave Additional company-specific benefits as applicable Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
