Job description Job Title QC-QA Engineer Piling and Civil Works Job Experience required of this field 12 years Gender Only MALE Job Location Gujarat The QC-QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all piling and civil work activities at the project site They will be the primary point of contact for quality assurance and control and will work closely with the construction team to identify and resolve any quality-related issues Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management plan for the project covering all aspects of piling and civil work Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing work to ensure compliance with project specifications relevant standards and best practices Review and approve material test reports shop drawings method statements and other quality-related documentation Monitor the performance of subcontractors and vendors and provide feedback on their quality of work Identify and report any non-conformists or defects and work with the construction team to implement corrective and preventive actions Maintain detailed records of all quality-related activities and provide regular progress reports to the project management team Liaise with external regulatory authorities and client representatives to ensure compliance with all relevant quality and safety requirements Provide training and guidance to the construction team on quality-related procedures and best practices Continuously review and improve the quality management system to ensure its effectiveness and suitability for the project Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the infrastructure industry Strong understanding of piling and civil construction techniques materials and quality standards Proficient in interpreting and applying relevant codes standards and specifications Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders Solid organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail Proficient in the use of quality management software and tools Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 27 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Night shift Experience total work 12 years Preferred Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience Quality Assurance 10 years Preferred total work 10 years Preferred Work Location In person
