Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive corrective and routine maintenance on equipment machinery and facilities to ensure smooth and protected operations Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inspection of equipment machines and building systems Perform preventive maintenance PM on electrical mechanical and plumbing systems Handle repair and troubleshooting of machinery electrical panels motors pumps and HVAC units Respond to breakdown calls quickly and resolve issues efficiently Install maintain and repair lighting systems wiring switches and fixtures Maintain records of maintenance work equipment logbooks and PM schedules Assist in facility management carpentry painting plumbing welding as required Ensure adherence to safety standards and report hazards immediately Coordinate with vendors for major repair or replacement work Support other departments during equipment installation or relocation Job Type Full-time Pay 13 500 00 - 15 500 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
