Job description Job description Job Title Sales Engineer Location Vadodra Ahmedabad Hazira Others-Gujarat Experience 1-2 Years Education B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Job Summary We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Engineer with a strong background in the industrial sector especially in Power Oil Gas and Metal Mining segments The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling large PSU accounts such as NTPC IOCL ONGC SAIL GAIL etc This role involves developing new business managing key accounts and driving sales of capital equipment engineered products or industrial solutions Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Power Oil Gas and Mining sectors Manage and nurture existing key accounts especially major PSUs like NTPC IOCL and others Build strong relationships with EPC contractors consultants and end-users Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers follow up on tenders and handle negotiations Coordinate with OEMs internal teams and partners for seamless order execution Conduct regular client visits presentations and technical discussions Monitor market trends competitor activities and provide strategic inputs Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals Requirements B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 1 years of experience in industrial sales preferably with exposure to capital equipment engineered products Proven track record in dealing with NTPC IOCL BHEL ONGC SAIL GAIL or similar PSUs Strong network and contacts in the industrial power and oil gas sectors Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively across regions Preferred Experience in handling vendor registration tendering and order finalization processes in PSUs Knowledge of technical specifications project sales and after-sales coordination MBA in Marketing optional but preferred Salary Commensurate with experience and industry standards Reporting To Regional Sales Manager Business Head Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location Remote Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
