Digital Amigos is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through SEO social media marketing Google Ads website development and creative branding We focus on delivering measurable results and maintaining strong relationships with our clients We are looking for a Receptionist Office Assistant Telecaller to join our Raipur team The ideal candidate will handle office administration client calls and assist the sales team with lead follow-ups This role is best suited for someone with good communication skills a positive attitude and basic knowledge of digital marketing services Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Handle incoming calls emails and client inquiries efficiently Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for follow-ups and lead generation Explain Digital Amigos services over the phone Maintain lead and client data in Excel or CRM systems Assist the sales and marketing team with daily coordination and scheduling Handle administrative tasks like courier documentation and file management Maintain the front desk area and ensure smooth office operations Manage stationery inventory and office supplies Support HR and management in day-to-day office activities Requirements Minimum qualification Graduate any stream 0-3 years of experience as Receptionist Telecaller Office Assistant Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Good telephone etiquette and confident speaking skills Basic computer knowledge MS Word Excel Email Internet Positive attitude punctuality and ability to multitask Should be comfortable in making client calls and maintaining follow-ups Job Type Full time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
