Role UI UX Designer Experience 1-3 Years Location and Work Arrangement Work from Office Monday - Saturday 2nd 4th Saturday off 10 30 AM - 6 30 PM Job Responsibilities User Interface Design UI Design visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes to illustrate design concepts Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly Ensure the consistency of design elements and brand identity across all platforms User Experience Design UX Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs pain points and behaviors Create user personas and user journey maps based on research Design intuitive navigation systems and user flows that enhance user satisfaction Continuously improve designs by analyzing user feedback and making iterations Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and marketers to align design with business goals Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback Stay updated on the latest design trends tools and best practices Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a UI UX Designer or in a similar role Strong portfolio showcasing your design work including UI UX case studies and projects Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar Experience with wireframing prototyping and user testing Familiarity with front-end development HTML CSS JavaScript is a plus Robust understanding of user-centered design principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
