Role Overview The Counsellor will be responsible for interacting with students and parents providing accurate information about our courses guiding them in career choices related to Defence Services and ensuring smooth admissions through effective counselling Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in inquiries telephonic calls and online leads effectively Provide information about courses fee structure admission process and career opportunities in Defence Counsel students and parents on choosing the right program as per eligibility and career goals Maintain follow-up with leads calls WhatsApp emails to convert into admissions Achieve monthly quarterly admission targets as set by the management Maintain records of inquiries admissions and daily reporting to management Assist in seminars workshops and marketing events organized by the institute Support students with admission formalities and documentation Collaborate with the tele-sales marketing team for lead generation and conversions Ensure student satisfaction by resolving queries politely and promptly Key Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Marathi Hindi English preferred Solid convincing and counselling skills Ability to build rapport with students and parents Goal-oriented and result-driven Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Google Sheets Qualifications Experience Graduate in any discipline Education Defence background preferred 0-3 years of experience in counselling admissions or customer service Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
