Job Profile Pricing cum Customer Service Executive Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing cum Customer Service Executive with strong knowledge of Incoterms and advanced graphical analytical skills The role involves preparing competitive freight quotations supporting customers throughout the shipment cycle and analyzing pricing trends using data visualization tools Key Responsibilities Obtain freight rates from shipping lines airlines transporters and overseas agents Prepare accurate competitive and timely quotations as per customer requirements Apply expert understanding of Incoterms to advise customers on responsibilities risks and costs Maintain and update rate sheets carrier contracts and cost comparison charts Act as the key point of contact for customer queries on pricing shipments and documentation Coordinate with operations documentation and overseas agents to ensure smooth execution of shipments Provide pre- and post-shipment support including tracking and issue resolution Manage escalations and ensure high service standards Build strong relationships with clients carriers and overseas partners Ensure compliance with international trade rules Incoterms and company policies Support the sales team with pricing strategies and customer presentations In-depth knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and global trade practices Strong analytical and graphical skills MS Excel PowerPoint dashboards Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive negotiation skills with carriers and agents Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Graduate in Commerce Logistics Supply Chain or related field 2-5 years experience in pricing and customer service within freight forwarding Proficiency in MS Excel advanced functions visualization and logistics software Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
