Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager Assistant Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our Sheet Metal MCK Division The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting team supervision and ensuring compliance with internal and statutory financial policies Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable AP Manage vendor payments reconcile invoices track due dates and ensure timely disbursements Accounts Receivable AR Oversee customer invoicing monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of dues Bank Reconciliation BRS Conduct regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Taxation Handle all aspects of GST TDS and other statutory compliances including timely filing and returns Profit Loss P L Management Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including P L statements ERP System Maintenance Manage and update financial records through ERP systems ensure accurate data entry and reporting Team Management Lead and supervise the accounts team allocate tasks review performance and support in skill development Audit Support Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure readiness of financial documents Key Requirements Education B Com M Com CA Inter MBA Finance or equivalent Experience 3-9 years of experience in accounting preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup Job Type Full time Pay Up to 55 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
