We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for commercial interior fit-out projects The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior project execution vendor coordination and quality control with a proven ability to lead teams and ensure timely project delivery Key Responsibilities Supervise the execution of interior fit-out works at project sites including civil electrical plumbing HVAC and finishing works Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards Coordinate with design teams contractors vendors to ensure seamless execution on-site Manage site schedules track daily progress and provide regular updates to the project manager or senior leadership Monitor material deliveries usage and inventory to avoid delays or wastage Ensure safety compliance cleanliness and discipline at the site Perform quality checks and resolve any technical or execution issues as they arise Maintain site documentation such as daily reports attendance and inspection logs Candidate Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design Architecture or related field 4-5 years of relevant site supervision experience in commercial interior fit-out projects offices Strong knowledge of materials finishes construction methods and building codes Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings accurately Excellent coordination leadership and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus Flexible to travel to project locations and work extended hours if required What We Offer Prospect to work on high-end commercial interior projects Dynamic team environment with professional growth potential Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
