We are looking for Senior QC Engineer for our Constuction project Verifying the implementation and operation of the quality assurance and control systems by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection activities on head office and site offices Verifying that the company quality policy is fully understood implemented operated and maintained Ensure implementation and continuous improvement in overall Quality Systems Ensure that all contractual company and local authority requirements for Quality Health Safety Environment HSE requirements are complied with Review update and control the distribution of the Quality Management Procedure Quality Manual and related procedures for Infrastructure MEP Civil and other subcontractors and divisions Generate project specific quality plans for Civil projects Ensuring adequate training awareness of company personnel for Quality systems Prepare where necessary statistical data which will show quality trends for management review meeting Ensure Customer Satisfactions are monitored measured and improvement corrective actions taken for weak areas Ensure that all non-conformance issues are promptly investigated corrective and preventive actions are proposed implemented and are quickly closed out Ensure that the contractual quality requirements of a project are fully communicated to all key personnel so that their roles in fulfilling these requirements are fully understood Control all achieves documentation upon the completion of the project Ensure that all subcontractors quality systems and plans are acceptable to the company as applicable to the Project Contract Ensure that Subcontractor s Supplier s quality systems are implemented and effective Ensure that the calibration of all inspection measurement and test equipment is conducted according to the defined schedule Conduct reviews of the approved suppliers and subcontractor s list Liaise with the Clients quality representative to ensure that all potential and actual quality issues are fully resolved Centering barbending checking before concrete at each site To ensure checklist-follow up in each stage of work Willing to travel minimum 3 to 4 sites a day Education Qualification B Tech BE Civil or Diploma Civil only Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 70 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Experience Quality control 10 years Preferred Location Rs Puram Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person
