COMPANY INTRODUCTION StrategicERP IT solutions are developed to provide end-to-end process automation and an information management system with tremendous customization for the Real Estate and Manufacturing Industry We have a total employment of 250 and we are dealing with 600 clients as of now We have Head Office In Mumbai and other branches include Delhi Ahmedabad Bangalore Pune and Hyderabad Company Website www strategicerp com Objectives of this role Plan design and maintain computer systems and networks for the company Understand the business needs and work alongside senior MIS executives to tailor-make solutions as per the needs Develop strategies that are up-to-date with the present developments in the world of IT systems Adhere to budgets and cost requirements while effectively performing the job role as an MIS executive Examine existing information system protocols and procedures and work towards the enhancement of the same Educate guide and manage the people who are using information systems and networks within the business Responsibilities Ensure administrative and technical functionality of all information systems and network-related areas in the company Troubleshoot and rectify all issues related to operating systems software and networks Create reports and documentation on all the IT related issues Stay up-to-date with technological and IT trends in the industry within the scope of the MIS job Adhere to laws and regulations that are present regarding information systems and networks Required skills and qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science IT information systems or a related discipline Prior experience working as an MIS executive or in a similar role Proficiency in system management and design and database management Analytical problem-solving and communication skills Experience troubleshooting monitoring system performance and providing IT support Preferred skills and qualifications Knowledge of computer networking and the laws related to it Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced ecosystem Skills to work independently and in a team Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
