Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Requirement Gathering Expert to lead the stakeholder interaction and analysis phases of software web portal and mobile application development projects The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining project scope identifying functional and non-functional requirements and ensuring that stakeholder needs are accurately documented and translated into technical specifications Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed discussions with stakeholders to identify overall objectives and user needs Collect analyze and document project requirements using industry-standard methods e g interviews workshops surveys Prepare and finalize Software Requirements Specifications SRS and Functional Requirements Specifications FRS Develop Requirement Traceability Matrices RTM to ensure consistent mapping across the development lifecycle Coordinate with technical teams and designers to ensure that requirements are properly interpreted and implemented Lead validation of requirements and obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders at different phases of the project Support the design team with content structure information architecture and integration of feedback from prototype reviews Maintain clear version-controlled documentation of all requirement-related deliverables Required Qualifications Experience Education B E B Tech MCA in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in business technical analysis or IT consulting Proven experience in requirement elicitation documentation and client interactions for software or website development projects Technical Skills Tools Strong documentation skills in SRS FRS RTM and project plans Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence MS Visio Lucidchart or similar Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Understanding of web application architecture and UI UX basics is a plus Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
