We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrub Nurse to join our client s surgical team in Hyderabad The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring safe efficient and sterile surgical procedures by supporting the surgical team and maintaining a high standard of patient care Prepare the operating theatre by setting up surgical instruments drapes and necessary sterile supplies prior to each procedure Assist surgeons intraoperatively by anticipating instrument needs passing tools and maintaining a sterile field Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and infection control protocols throughout all procedures Conduct surgical counts of instruments sponges and sharps before during and after procedures to ensure accuracy and patient safety Assist with patient positioning surgical site preparation and draping Handle and label surgical specimens correctly and ensure timely transfer for further analysis Collaborate closely with surgical anesthesia and post-op teams to ensure seamless coordination of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures equipment usage and patient information Required Skills Strong understanding of surgical instruments procedures and sterile techniques Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Committed to patient safety and clinical excellence Job Details Gender Requirement Female Candidates Only Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse in a hospital or surgical setting Work Schedule Rotational and General Shifts As per hospital duty roster Compensation Competitive salary aligned with industry standards and candidate experience Job Type Full time Pay 10 002 40 - 26 934 92 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 20 08 2025 Expected Start Date 11 08 2025
