Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scrub Nurse to join our surgical team The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a sterile environment in the OT assisting surgeons during procedures and ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative period Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures Assist the surgeon by passing instruments and supplies during operations Perform instrument sponge and needle counts before and after surgery Handle surgical specimens properly and ensure accurate documentation Collaborate with OT team members to ensure smooth workflow Follow infection control protocols and maintain a secure environment Assist in preparing the patient and surgical site pre-operatively Clean and restock OT after procedures Qualifications GNM or B Sc Nursing with valid registration Minimum 1 year of experience in OT preferred Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
