Manufacturing Navi Mumbai In office Executive Position Summary The SAP Production Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all production-related SAP transactions The role involves managing work order postings generating required production documents ITRs delivery challans coordinating with production and planning teams and maintaining real-time inventory accuracy through proper SAP usage The position also supports the prevention of inventory variances and drives improvements in transactional discipline across the production floor This role requires strong coordination with line engineers material handlers and planning teams to ensure seamless SAP processes that support uninterrupted production and accurate material flow tracking Key Responsibilities Generate and circulate daily MIS reports based on SAP production and inventory data Collaborate with line engineers to execute and validate daily SAP Work Order postings Generate ITRs Internal Transfer Requests for consumables as per daily requirements Prepare delivery challans for material movement to production lines warehouses and external sites Monitor and analyse open Work Orders ensure compliance with FIFO principles and correct SAP transaction closures Coordinate with production and planning teams to maintain optimum inventory levels for sub-assemblies and finished goods Validate actual part consumption against SAP postings to minimize inventory mismatches and drive accurate WO closure Publish weekly and monthly MIS reports including transaction trends variances and improvement opportunities Train material handlers to improve the quality and consistency of inventory transactions in SAP Supervise material handling technicians involved in kitting operations ensure SAP transaction accuracy and timely execution Ensure timely and correct posting of consumable materials in SAP to support uninterrupted production Regularly review and maintain the accuracy of SAP BOMs by aligning them with actual material usage on the shop floor Skills Qualifications Hands-on experience with SAP SAP B1 mandatory Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and supply chain principles Exposure to Supermarket concepts and KANBAN min-max systems Familiarity with ISO documentation and procedural compliance Proficient in MS Office tools Excel Word PowerPoint Key Shared Accountabilities Internal Customers Build effective working relationships with production planning stores and quality teams to ensure seamless SAP transactions and reporting Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous process improvement and transactional accuracy Desired Behavioural Values Commitment to shared goals and organizational purpose Integrity transparency and adherence to ethical standards Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability Passion for accuracy efficiency and continuous improvement Skills SAP Business One Production PlaningInventory Analysis BOM management Material Handling Inventory ManagementKan-Ban
