Mainwire Outsource Pvt Ltd is hiring on an outsourced basis for Central Transmission Utility of India Limited CTUIL We are looking for a skilled and responsible Supervisor to oversee Asset Management Services at the assigned location This includes supervision of Housekeeping Mail Management and other facility-related operations as per the instructions of the Engineer In Charge Key Responsibilities Supervision of day-to-day housekeeping operations ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained Oversee and coordinate mailroom activities and timely dispatch receipt of correspondence Manage manpower deployment duty rosters and shift allocations effectively Ensure proper usage and regular maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client directions Prepare and submit daily weekly reports to the Engineer In Charge Handle and resolve any operational issues or client complaints promptly Monitor attendance discipline and productivity of ground-level staff Assist in inventory and asset tracking related to facility management operations Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass with 1-2 years of proven supervisory experience preferably in housekeeping facility services Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to coordinate and manage both team and client expectations Basic computer knowledge MS Office reporting formats is preferred Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
