Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advisory support to clients during fund-raising transactions by addressing investor queries, preparing analytical data, and coordinating key information for investor submissions.
- Develop financial models to capture financial and operating KPIs, conduct scenario analysis, and support bid submissions and assessments.
- Communicate with equity investors, bondholders, lenders, rating agencies, developers, and other stakeholders to understand bid requirements and underlying business models.
- Engage in detailed discussions with clients to assess financing needs and recommend optimal financial structures.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and financial insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- MBA/CA qualification with 2–4 years of experience in project financial modeling.
- Proficiency in INDEX, OFFSET functions, scenario analysis, and Macros for financial modeling.
- Robust understanding of debt funding, contract structures, bid pricing, and deferred payment plans.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with global clients.
